Written Representations

Written representations made to Tendring District Council and the First Secretary of State (in respect of the planning and listed building consent applications), and to the Secretary of State for Transport for applications for Tidal Works or Coast Protection Act Consent, will be taken into account by the Inspector in reporting the findings of the inquiry to the Secretaries of State, as will representations received in the course of the inquiry.

All representations received will be available for inspection at the Inquiry Library at the Inquiry Venue, in due course.
