Remember you may have only 28 days to get your appeal to us

Fill in all parts of the appeal form

Choose your grounds of appeal

State the facts in support of your grounds

Attach a copy of the enforcement notice and plan to your appeal form

Send a copy of your appeal to your local planning authority (LPA)
