Dibden Terminal Inquiry - Pre Inquiry Meeting
Mr Michael Hurley, BA DipTP MRTPI, the Inspector appointed to hold the inquiry into the proposal for a deep-water container terminal at Dibden Bay, near Southampton - the Dibden Terminal - held an initial pre-inquiry meeting on 23 April 2001. The purpose of the meeting was to help prepare for the actual inquiry by discussing procedural and other arrangements - not the hearing of evidence.
