Pre-inquiry Meeting
A Pre-inquiry Meeting took place on Monday 12 July 2004 at the Hotel Elizabeth Orwell, Hamilton Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk, IP11 7DX
The meeting is to help the Inspector and the participants to prepare for the inquiry proper, and so enable the proceedings to be conducted as efficiently and speedily as possible. No discussion of the merits of the proposal is permitted. It is not the function of the meeting to consider matters, including evidence, which should appropriately be discussed at the inquiry.
