Written Representations
Written representations made to Suffolk Coastal District Council and the First Secretary of State (in respect of the planning application under appeal), and to the Secretary of State for Transport (for applications under the Harbours Act 1964 and the Coast Protection Act 1949) will be taken into account by the Inspector in reporting the findings of the inquiry to the Secretaries of State, as will representations received in the course of the inquiry.
All representations received will
be available for inspection at the Inquiry
Library at the inquiry venue, in due course.
