Register of Participants

As part of the process of preparing for the inquiry, the 'Code of Practice for Major Planning Inquiries in England' (DETR Circular 05/2000, Annex 4) will be used.

'Code Status' in the Register relates to:

Part 1 - Those who wish to play a major part in the proceedings ('major participants')

Part 2 - Those wishing to give oral evidence, without playing a major part in the proceedings

Part 3 - Those who wish to submit representations in writing
