Your Feedback

Organisations need to listen to their customers if they are to improve the service they offer, and we are no different. This part of our website gives you an opportunity to let us know how you think we have dealt with your involvement in the planning appeal process. We welcome suggestions and queries on all aspects of our work and if you have a complaint we would ask that you use the feedback form of our website to tell us about it. If your query is about an appeal in Wales, please contact our office in Wales. We will look at complaints submitted before or after the decision has been issued. We learn from our mistakes and hope to prevent them happening again when they do occur. If you do not wish to use the feedback form please contact us. Either way we will take your complaints seriously and investigate the matter immediately. To enable us to supply a comprehensive reply to your correspondence we advise that you take some time to look at the information in the links numbered one to four below before completing the feedback form. We hope this will help you to complete the feedback form.
