This page explains how to find information on a specific appeal and where to look if you want a copy of a decision letter on an appeal that has already been decided.
Appeal Information
If you are interested in a case or cases in England for one of the following appeal types you can use our online search tool to find the case details.
- Access Restriction appeals (submitted after 7 July 2004)
- Enforcement Notice appeals, (submitted after 15 November 2004)
- Listed Building Enforcement Notice appeals, (submitted after 15 November 2004)
- Conservation Area Enforcement Notice appeals, (submitted after 15 November 2004)
- Crown Land Enforcement Notice appeals (submitted after 15 November 2004)
- Lawful Development Certificate appeals (submitted after 7 December 2005)
- Planning appeals, (submitted after 7 December 2005)

Help
When using our online Search facility, if you know the reference number for the appeal, it is best to use the Case Ref field only. You only need to enter the last part of the reference for the case (excluding any WF or NWF suffix) - for example – 2000907.
