Appeal checklist
- Act quickly in deciding whether to appeal
- Remember you may have only 28 days to get your appeal to us
- Fill in all parts of the appeal form
- Choose your grounds of appeal
- State the facts in support of your grounds
- Attach a copy of the enforcement notice and plan to your appeal form
- Send a copy of your appeal to your local planning authority (LPA)
