Rules for handling Enforcement Appeals in England
The rules for handling enforcement appeals in England came into effect on 23 December 2002. They apply to all enforcement and lawful development certificate appeals received on or after that date. The circular accompanying the rules, and the rules themselves, can be seen below. The rules say that there are templates available to help structure statements, proofs of evidence etc, links to these are also shown below.
