You send us 2 copies of any further statement and 1 copy of any statement of common ground. (one copy if sent by e-mail). |

Note: We send copies of statements and comments to the appellant and the LPA by first-class post. We aim to do this within a week of the deadlines.
Decision: After the inquiry the Inspector writes the decision or sends a report to the Secretary of State. You and the LPA will be sent a copy of the decision notice. Anyone requesting a copy will also be sent one.
