Planning Inspectorate Good Practice Advice Note 16/2010: Submitting Planning Obligations

The Planning Inspectorate has published Good Practice Advice Note 16/2010: ‘Submitting Planning Obligations’ which gives guidance to those submitting planning obligations in connection both with planning appeals and with planning applications called in for determination by the Secretary of State. The Note should be read alongside Government policy on the use of planning obligations in Circular 05/2005: `Planning Obligations’ (July 2005) and guidance in `Planning Obligations: Practice Guidance’ (July 2006).
