Rights of Way Hearing and Inquiry Procedure Rules Seminar

Speakers from PINSOn the 27 September 2007 a public seminar was held in Lincoln to explain the implications of the Rights of Way (Hearings and Inquiries Procedure) (England) Rules 2007 and how procedures will change following their commencement on the 1 October.

 

 

This seminar was attended by all our Rights of Way Inspectors and also a representative body of officers from Order Making Authorities, User Groups and
other members of the public.
