A Guide for Third Parties (Restriction Appeals)
This guidance explains the role of third parties in appeals made under section 30 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 against refusal of a relevant authority to grant a direction restricting public access to land, or to not act in accordance with representations made following consultation on an existing direction.
This guidance relates only to appeals in England.
