Administrative Grades: Competence Framework
All administrative staff in the Inspectorate must - at a level appropriate to their grade:-

More senior staff also have to be able to manage projects.

- Asks for and agrees clear priorities and deadlines
- Shows flexibility when faced with changing priorities in new or changing circumstances
- Keeps up to date with routine tasks
- Understands how own work contributes to the objectives of the Branch and Division
- Asks questions to clarify priorities and determine the time and resources available to carry out tasks
