A. Personal Effectiveness
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, fairness and openness
- Establishes and maintains a visible, respectable and approachable profile
- Demonstrates authority and self-confidence appropriately
- Possesses a calm, flexible approach and deals effectively with sudden unexpected events
- Takes control of a situation when appropriate
- Organises and manages people appropriately in inquiry, hearing and site visit situations
- Treats all colleagues, customers and contacts with courtesy and respect
- Demonstrates awareness of and commitment to the Inspectorate's equality statement in day-to-day dealings with all colleagues, customers and contacts
