Investors in People (IIP)
The Investors in People award is the national award given to organisations that can demonstrate effective investment in the training and development of their staff to achieve business goals.
Since our last re-accreditation - in October 2002, the Standard for IIP has been revied and the Planning Inspectorate has undergone a major re-organisation in order ro meet the needs of all our customers.
Following a review in October 2005, we are able to announce that the Planning Inspectorate has retained its recognition as an Investor in People subject to a further satisfactory review in October 2006.
