Consultancy Programme

As an Agency, the Inspectorate is required to set out proposals for
expenditure on external consultants in the annual Business Plan.We use consultants to provide cost-effective access to specialist skills that are not available in-house and to provide training for staff to enable them to develop new skills.

In 2003-2004, we expect our consultancy fees to be as follows:
