Enforcement Notice Appeals: Wales
Table 21 shows the number of enforcement notice appeals under section 174 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 received, withdrawn and decided. It also gives a breakdown of the outcome of the appeal and the number of cases in hand at the end of the year. The intake of appeals for the year fell by 17.6% when compared to last year and the number of decisions rose by 22.3%.
