High Court Challenges to Appeal Decisions

Tables 35 and 36 show the number of planning and enforcement appeal decisions by Inspectors in England, challenged in the High Court for the last three years together with the outcome. Tables 37 and 38 give the same information for Inspectors' decisions in Wales. If a challenge results in the appeal decision being quashed, the appeal is redetermined.
