Enforcement Notice Appeals - Wales

Table 21 shows the number of enforcement notice appeals under section 174 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 received, withdrawn and decided. It also gives a breakdown of the outcome of the appeal and the number of cases in hand at the end of the year. The intake of appeals for the year rose by 9% when compared to last year and the number of decisions fell by 26%
