Advertisement Appeals

Responsibility for determining advertisement appeals is dealt with under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992. Table 30 shows the number of cases received, withdrawn and decided for the last three years together with the percentage allowed in brackets. Table 31 shows the number of cases received, withdrawn and decided for the last three years for Wales.
