The Proposed Timetable, Preliminary List of Matters and Participants of the East of England Plan Regional Spatial Strategy Policy ETG2: Thurrock Key Centre for Development and Change – Lakeside Basin Single Issue Review Examination in Public (EiP), together with the Notes for Participants and the Notice, have now been published by the Panel.
Please submit any written comments on the Preliminary List of Matters and Participants to the Panel Secretary at the Panel Secretariat Office by 5.00pm on Friday 12 June 2009.

Previously published documents
The Panel has published four Panel Information Notes and other Notes and EiP documents will follow in due course. These will provide information on the EiP process and procedures.
The overall examination timetable is outlined in Note A. The strategic approach is the focus of Note B. While Note C sets out the purpose of the EiP, identifies potential issues arising from the Secretary of States Policy, sets out the role of potential participants and invites expressions of interest. Note D outlines the purpose of the Technical Meeting, which is to assist the Panel’s and Participants’ understanding of the technical work undertaken in connection with the review.
