About 10 responses attached petitions. These had largely been signed by residents in the districts of St Albans, Welwyn Hatfield and Basildon.
Many representations addressed the same or similar issues. These points are listed collectively in the following files. In the summary of individual representations these responses are shown as `see North Herts summary' or `see Stevenage summary'.
