IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Examination in Public will close no later than 5.30 p.m. on Wednesday 24 June 2009. After that time the Secretariat will not accept any further documents and both the telephone line and the e-mail address at Wolverhampton will be disconnected. Telephone messages and e-mails can then be sent to the the Birmingham office at 5 St Philip's Place, Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2PW, 0121 352 5483, wm.panelsecretary@gowm.gsi.gov.uk. However, it should be noted that such messages will not receive a reply before Monday 29 June 2009 as the Secretariat staff will be too busy packing up and removing all the documentation and equipment at Wolverhampton for return to the office in Birmingham. Your co-operation in limiting your contact at this time will be greatly appreciated.
Once the Examination has closed the Panel will spend the coming months in writing their Report. Notices of receipt of the Report will be posted by both the Regional Assembly and the Government Office on their websites in the Autumn.

Messages left on the Birmingham telephone number or sent to the GO-WM e-mail address after close of business on Friday 24 April, will not be picked up.
