The detailed Examination programme can be found below. Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the timetable, sessions will not be re-scheduled due to over-runs on earlier sessions. Matters will start when the timetable states and any over-runs will need to be accommodated at a later stage, even utilising recess time for this if necessary. However, while the Panel will endeavour to keep to the timetable, all interested parties (including observers) should keep in contact with the Panel Assistant to check on the progress of the Examination

The Examination in Public will open on Tuesday 28 April 2009, the venue being the Molineux Stadium, Wolverhampton and it is expected to last a maximum of seven sitting weeks ending Friday 26 June 2009, with two recess weeks.
