There is no statutory procedure rules covering inquiries into National Parks. Therefore, the spirit of the Town and Country Planning (Development Plan) (England) Regulations 1999 (SI 3280) and the 'Local Plans and Unitary Development Plans - A Guide To Procedures', is to be followed, as appropriate.
