Procedures

The applications that have been called in by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government will be subject to the Town and Country Planning (Major Infrastructure Project Inquiries Procedure) (England) Rules 2005 (‘2005 Rules’).

More information on those Rules is contained in DCLG Circular 7/2005.

Matters which the Secretary of State particularly wishes to be informed about for the purposes of her consideration of the called in applications, under Rule 9(2)(a)(ii) of the 2005 Rules.
