Written representations made to Uttlesford District Council, The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government (in respect of the called applications) and to The Secretary of State for Transport (for the various orders requiring her confirmation) will be taken into account by the Inspector in reporting the findings of the inquiry to the Secretaries of State, as will representations received in the course of the inquiry.
