Written Representations
Written representations made to the Highways Agency following the statutory advertisement of the various orders will be taken into account by the Inspector in reporting the findings of the inquiry to the Secretary of State for Transport, as will representations received in the course of the inquiry.
All representations received will be available for inspection at the Inquiry Library at the main inquiry venue, in due course.
